By placing an order, the client declares to agree to the terms below.Age Declaration
By requesting and hiring the artist’s services, the client declares, under their own responsibility, that they are 18 (eighteen) years old or older. The client also confirms that they are fully aware of the requested content, especially in cases involving nudity or sensitive material. Providing false information will result in the client being solely responsible for any consequences.Order Approval
● The order begins after the order form is submitted and approved.
● All forms will undergo analysis and approval prior to the start of production.
● Illegal content or content that violates the rights of third parties will not be accepted.
● The artist has the right to refuse any order she is not comfortable with or unable to complete.
● Production only begins after payment confirmation.

● The client is entitled to ONE custom artwork featuring a character of their choice.
● Framing-based artworks (icon, portrait, thigh up, and full body) are delivered with a simple background (solid color, gradient, or transparent), chosen by the client.
● More elaborate backgrounds are only included in ILLUSTRATION type commissions.
● The commission includes only ONE character. Additional characters will incur an extra fee, depending on their quantity and complexity.
● Concept development, redesign, or creating a character from scratch are not included in the base price.
● If the client requests character creation or design adaptation, this will be treated separately and will have an additional cost.Revisions and Changes
● Included:
○ Up to 2 general revisions during the sketch phase.
○ Only minor adjustments in the final stage (colors, small details).
● Major changes after sketch approval (such as pose, character, or concept changes) will incur additional costs.Payment
● Payment can be made via Wise or PayPal.
● The full amount must be paid upfront.
● In case of cancellation after production has started, there will be no refund.Deadlines and Delivery
● The minimum delivery time is 2 (two) weeks, counted from the start of production. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and will be confirmed after approval.
● Rush delivery (shorter than the minimum timeframe) is subject to an additional fee, depending on the artist’s availability.
● Delays on the artist’s side:
○ If a delay is expected, the client will be informed and a new deadline will be defined.
● The final artwork will be delivered in PNG or JPEG format to the email provided by the client.
● Editable files (.clip, .psd, or similar) are not included.Copyright
● The artist retains all copyright of the artwork.
● The use of the artwork for AI training, datasets, generative models, NFTs, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited.
● The base commission grants only personal and non-commercial use.
● The artist may use the artwork for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests privacy (with an additional fee).
● If the client requests that the artwork is not shared publicly, an additional fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.
● The client acknowledges that this restriction limits the artist’s ability to use the artwork for self-promotion.Commercial Use
● The base price does not include commercial use.
● If the client intends to use the artwork commercially (products, branding, games, etc.) or for monetized purposes, this must be informed before production begins.
● Commercial or monetized use is only permitted through a contract and an additional payment.
● Unauthorized commercial use is subject to legal action.Additional Costs
● Additional character: +100% of the base commission price.
● Animals and creatures: starting from +30% of the base commission price, increasing depending on anatomical complexity and creature design.
● Design complexity:
○ Simple details do not incur additional costs
○ Complex designs (detailed clothing, multiple patterns, ornaments, etc.) may result in additional charges, which will be informed in the quote.
● Backgrounds:
○ Simple composition backgrounds are included in the illustration service
○ Medium complexity backgrounds: +R$100.00
○ High complexity backgrounds: +R$200.00Cancellation
● The client may cancel the commission before production begins (consult which production stage the artist is currently in).
● After production has started, there will be no refund in case of withdrawal.
● Cancellation due to lack of response:
○ The progress of the commission depends on the client’s response for approvals and adjustments.
○ If the artist does not receive a response from the client for 7 consecutive days after requesting feedback, the artist may continue the work without obligation to maintain the originally established deadline.
○ After 30 consecutive days without a response, the commission will be canceled due to inactivity and without refund.
● In order for the commission to resume production:
○ It will depend on the artist’s production schedule availability
○ A restart fee will be charged
● Delays on the artist’s side:
○ A proportional refund may be considered depending on the stage of production of the artwork, if the client does not agree to a rescheduled delivery date.Final Notes
● The artist is committed to delivering high-quality work consistent with the style shown in their portfolio.
● The client acknowledges that the final result may vary depending on the references and artistic style.
